Ring Sizing
Online Ordering
When ordering from this site you will be asked to select the ring size required on the relevant product page. The standard British system for sizing is used, and rings are available in the sizes as indicated on each product page. Please take care to ensure the correct size is selected before confirming the order.
Ring sizing guidelines:- If you do not know your size, it can be measured by a jeweller using standard British measurements. Most jewellers are happy to do this free of charge. Alternatively, there is a 'don’t know' option. If you select this, Daniela will send you a free ring sizer to establish the correct size after the order has been placed
- If you are used to wearing rings, you may have noticed that your finger size can change dependent on how hot or cold you are. It’s therefore best to take the measurment when your hands are at neither extreme. When hands are hot, knuckles will swell and rings can take more effort to remove, and the opposite when fingers are cold
- Even if your hands are hot when you are measured, once it’s over the knuckle, a ring should not feel tight. It should also not be so loose that slips off when hands are cold or wet.
If you are buying a ring as a gift for someone else:
If you don't know the person's ring size you are still welcome to place the order. You can buy the ring you like (by choosing an estimated size) and give it as a present. If it then doesn't fit, please contact Daniela who will send you a ring sizer to establish the correct size. You can then return the original with the correct ring size and a replacement will be provided. Please note if the required size is not in stock it may take up to 4 weeks to replace. If buying as a gift please select an approximate size rather then the 'don't know' option as in this case you will be sent only a ring sizer and not your gift ring.
Ordering at a Show
Shows provide the ideal opportunity to purchase the right and correctly sized ring design. If you are visiting one of the shows Daniela exhibits at you will be able to have your ring size measured there. You will also have the opportunity to try on several different sizes and ring designs, so will have the best chance to choose the right piece for you. Daniela usually has several ring sizes for most ring design with her at the shows.
Online Ordering
The bangles and bracelets in the collection are made in small, medium and large sizes. Please select the required size from the menu on the product page. If unsure which size to choose, you can select ‘don’t know’ and Daniela will contact you to determine the correct size after the order has been placed.
Ordering at a Show
As for ring designs, shows provide the ideal opportunity to purchase the right and correctly sized bangle or a bracelet. If you are visiting one of the shows Daniela exhibits at you will be able to have your size measured and the added opportunity to try on several different sizes and designs. Shows present the best chance to choose the right piece for you. Daniela usually has several bangle sizes for most designs in stock with her at shows.
If on receipt you find your ring or bangle does not fit, it can be exchanged for a different size, or a different piece, or alternatively the payment refunded. Please see the returns policy in terms and conditions for more details.
