You are welcome to place an order by calling Daniela on 01344 291 888 (UK). All major credit cards are accepted. Other payment methods, such as a personal cheque, may also be used. Please call to discuss.

Before calling it is helpful if you first browse the collection and make a note of the piece(s) you are interested in, including their product number(s).

To browse the jewellery you can :

• View By type - the menu on the left shows pieces organised into "Necklaces", "Pendants", etc... 
•  View by Range -  This is shown once you have clicked through to the collections. Note that when the range menu is shown, the View by type menu moves down the page.

If you are buying a ring or bracelet please ensure you read the guide to sizing.

All items are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (guaranteed and insured) and signature is required on receipt. Delivery within the UK is £6.00 per order. When your order is dispatched you will be notified of this by e-mail with the Royal Mail tracking reference number.

All jewellery comes in elegant black contemporary "Daniela Dobesova" jewellery boxes. These are carefully packed to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

We hope you will understand that to enjoy the benefits of acquiring a unique and beautifully designed piece made in very small numbers, and in some cases a 'one-of-a-kind', may for some pieces require a little patience. Occasionally it is worth waiting for something really special!

As each item of jewellery is individually hand made and items not currently in stock are made to order especially for you, this means the dispatch cannot be always arranged immediately.

The current timing for each piece is indicated on its individual product page:

• When an item is in stock the delivery is up to three days - in most cases it will be with you the next day
• For pieces made to order it is generally 2-4 weeks. When you call Daniela will advise you about delivery timings. Following that you will also be kept up-to-date by email or phone with progress.
